Emerald Condos

I had the opportunity to visit the Emerald Sales Gallery located on 4th and Stewart. Emerald condos are located at 121 Stewart street (2nd and Stewart). This project will be be 40 floors tall and will have panoramic views of the sound. They just completed the 22 floor on 2/17 and are slated to be completed summer on 2020.

There will be 265 units and only 64 parking spaces. If you own a Penthouse you automatically will have a parking spot. The other parking spots are available for purchase for those purchasing a 2 bedroom unit. Parking spots will be $100k each.

The residences is broken down into three sections:

City Homes: floors 4-16: Studios- 2 bedroom. $499k-$749k+

Panoramic Residences: Floors 17-33: 1 bedrooms-2 bedrooms. $1.029m-$1.499m+

Penthouses: Floors: 34-38: 2 bedrooms-3 bedrooms. Price available upon request.

Amenities: Gym, Guest Suite, and dog run will be located on floor three. Shared community spaces will be the Olympic room and City View Room on floor 39. 24/7 concierge managed by CWD. Electric ride share program by Envoy.
